Pam Rushing

Pam Rushing has worked exclusively in Commercial Real Estate since 1999.  She began her career working as a Marketing and Listing Coordinator. Pam recognized that she could better serve clients as a Licensed Broker and obtained her Brokers License in 2003 and then Principal Brokers license in 2012.  Pam’s focus has been in the retail and office sector, working directly with Landlords/Tenants and Buyers/Sellers to successfully lease and close sale transactions.

Pam has completed leasing transactions with Chipotle, Pizza Hut, Odd Moes Pizza, Go Wireless, Boost Mobile, Great Harvest, Panera Breads, Auto Zone, Sherwin Williams, Liberty Tax, H&R Block and many more National and Retail tenants.
