Kelsi Sands is a Licensed Broker at Coldwell Banker

Commercial Mountain West Real Estate, where she

has been making an impact since joining in 2017. She

graduated from Western Oregon University with a

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and

has since built a career in Commercial Real Estate.

Kelsi excels in navigating complex transactions,

utilizing her business degree and experience to

complete valuations and financial analyses.

Her experience spans all sectors of Commercial Real

Estate, including industrial, retail, office, multifamily,

and vacant land properties. This broad knowledge base

allows her to provide comprehensive services tailored

to each unique property type and client need.

Her academic background, entrepreneurial drive, and

strong communication skills have been key to her

success and recognition in the industry. In 2019, she

was honored with Coldwell Banker Commercial'

national “Top 3 under 30” award, highlighting her

outstanding achievements.

 

As a lifelong Oregon resident, Kelsi enjoys the state's

diverse activities such as backpacking, skiing, boating,

and camping. She lives in South Salem with her

husband, Nic.
