Mindy kaur

Mindy joined the team in January of 2020 after getting her Real Estate Brokers license. She has lived and worked in Salem for the past 20 years and has 20 years of small business experience under her belt.

Growing up, her family owned a series of convenience stores, gas stations, and rental properties. She is well-versed in zone changes, leasing, financing by owner vs financing through banks, and many other facets of small business. Currently, Mindy co-owns a gas station and convenience store with her husband.

Her knowledge of business and the Salem area allows her to be exceptionally in tune with the clients' needs. She is committed to building strong relationships with clients and helping find the best property for their needs.
