Amanda Zentz is the Marketing & Communication Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial Mountain West Real Estate. She joined the team in September 2021 after she moved back to the greater Salem area. Growing up in the small town of Dallas, Oregon, Amanda grew up involved in athletics, the arts, and the church. After High School, Amanda began working for Starbucks Coffee Corporation as a barista and then a shift supervisor. In 2009, she graduated from Western Oregon University (WOU) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Music Composition. After graduating, she moved to Northern California to attend a ministry school – where she continued her pursuit of music, design, and pastoral counseling.
In 2013, Amanda moved back to PNW to pursue fashion design in Portland, Oregon. She got a job at a local boutique, started her own small business, and began sewing and designing handbags. In 2018, Amanda pivoted her design skills into marketing and event planning for Western Seminary’s Women’s Center. During 2020, Amanda began focusing on photography, social media marketing & content creation for various small businesses in the Willamette Valley.
In 2021, Amanda had the opportunity to purchase her first home and move closer to her five nieces and nephews and soon had the opportunity to expand her skill set and join Alex Rhoten’s team at Coldwell Banker Commercial Mountain West Real Estate
Amanda brings her passion for creativity, her desire for excellence, and her diligence to projects into the commercial real estate workplace to help represent clients ready buy or sell.
